Head of Fund Administration
Bertrand Lacombe leads the fund administration team responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all securitisation vehicles under EUROTITRISATION's mandate. With over fifteen years of experience in structured finance operations, he has developed deep expertise in cash flow management, investor reporting, and transaction documentation. His rigorous approach to process quality ensures consistent and accurate service delivery across the entire portfolio.
Claire Fontaine
Head of Structuring & Client Relations
Claire Fontaine manages EUROTITRISATION's relationships with originators, arrangers, and investors throughout the structuring and setup phases of new transactions. She advises clients on the design and documentation of securitisation structures, drawing on her background in both investment banking and asset management. Her ability to bridge technical complexity and client communication makes her a valued point of contact for all parties involved in new transactions.
Mathieu Renou
Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Mathieu Renou is responsible for EUROTITRISATION's compliance programme, including the monitoring of French and European securitisation regulation and the implementation of internal policies and controls. He coordinates directly with the AMF and other regulatory bodies on behalf of the company and its managed vehicles. His expertise in the European Securitisation Regulation and GDPR ensures that EUROTITRISATION remains fully aligned with its legal obligations at all times.
Sophie Aubert
Digital & IT Project Manager
Sophie Aubert leads the development and deployment of EUROTITRISATION's digital initiatives, including the DEEDGITAL BOX platform and internal data management systems. She collaborates closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that technology solutions address real business needs while meeting security and data protection requirements.
